When transferring your personal data outside the EU/EES, we will take necessary measures to ensure legal transfer. This includes ensuring that your personal data is processed with a level of protection equivalent to that within the EU/EES, such as by entering into agreements with the recipient that meet the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Storage of your personal data
The Savory retains your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of their processing. The storage period may vary depending on the purpose of processing the data. However, your personal data will not be stored for a longer period than seven years from the time your order was paid.
We retain relevant and current information associated with your membership account for as long as you actively choose to be a member with us. If you decide to terminate your membership, we will delete your data within six months after receiving your termination request. Additionally, if you have been inactive, meaning you have not logged into your account, for a consecutive period of 24 months, we will delete your account and thereby remove all related personal data.
In addition to the above, we may retain the information for a longer period if necessary to establish, defend, or enforce legal claims, such as in an ongoing dispute. The Savory conducts regular reviews and deletes personal data that is no longer necessary.
Disclosure of Personal Data
To provide you access to our offers, products, and services, The Savory may share your data with other companies. These recipients can be either data processors or independent data controllers, meaning they are responsible for processing your data when they have a direct relationship with you as a customer, such as our partners.
We may also share limited information, such as name, contact details, order information, and user-generated data, with our partners to enter into and fulfill contracts. Recipients of this information may include analysis and marketing companies providing services such as automated marketing tools, analytics, communication, printing, and distribution, as well as system providers for CRM systems and case management.

The specific data shared varies depending on the type of experience or product. Our partners are contractually obligated to only use the personal data they receive from us to fulfill our joint commitment to you as a customer and not for any other purpose.
