Booking conditions

General

Participation in The Savory’s experiences requires an approved and active membership. To apply for membership, you must be at least 18 years old and complete a correct application process by using the application form on the website.

Before being allowed to participate in an experience, you must be able to present identification as well as a valid booking confirmation. We reserve the right to deny you entry or to cancel your participation if you lack a valid booking and/or cannot present valid identification.

Booking

To confirm the booking, payment must be made no later than the specified payment date to the recipient specified on the booking confirmation.

The booking confirmation will be sent to the email address linked to your membership account. If you do not find the confirmation, please check your spam folder. If you have not received any confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at booking@savorysupperclub.com. Your message should include your name, phone number, and the booked experience.

Specific terms may apply to individual experiences, and these will be stated in your booking confirmation. Please ensure to always stay updated on any specific terms applicable to the particular experience you have booked.

Payment Methods

The Savory offers the following payment methods when booking:

Credit/Debit Card – pay with Visa or Mastercard.

Identity Verification/Credit Check

We reserve the right to conduct a verification of personal information or a credit check.

Member’s Responsibilities Regarding Booking

It is the member’s responsibility to promptly review the booking confirmation upon receipt and report any inaccuracies.

Bookings for Personal Use Only

Bookings are strictly for personal use and may not be used for commercial purposes. This means that bookings can not be made for the purpose of resale for commercial purposes or given away as gifts. Bookings may not be used in contests or offered as part of other products or services without written approval from The Savory. Only one booking per person is permitted at each booking opportunity.

Non-Compliant Purchases

The Savory reserves the right to cancel a booking and immediately deactivate a member’s account if the member does not provide correct information or otherwise violates or attempts to circumvent our terms and conditions. In such an event, the booking fee paid will be refunded. Lost tickets will not be replaced.

Right of Withdrawal

The provisions regarding the right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act do not apply to the purchase of event tickets. Once payment has been made, you are bound to your purchase. Please note that if you choose an invoice, this is considered a completed payment even if the invoice is to be paid at a later date. However, any right of withdrawal may be applicable according to the terms and conditions for changes and cancellations.

Changes and Cancellations

Our experiences are unique and non-recurring, which means that rescheduling is not possible. However, there is an opportunity for free cancellation of the selected experience up to 15 days before its execution. Upon cancellation under these conditions, the fee will be refunded within 5 working days. However, there is no refund if the cancellation occurs within 15 days before the planned experience. 

Canceled Experiences

It may happen that an experience needs to be canceled at short notice due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, technical issues, or insufficient booked participants.

In the event of a canceled experience due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible. It is important to note that since this is beyond The Savory’s control, we cannot guarantee that information about the canceled experience will be provided well in advance of the originally scheduled time for execution. The Savory does not assume responsibility for compensating any additional expenses, of any kind, that may arise as a result of a canceled experience.

Legal and Price Changes Beyond Our Control

The Savory reserves the right to manage any legal changes and price adjustments that are beyond our control. We also reserve the right to address technical glitches and price discrepancies that occur beyond our control and to contact the customer regarding any changes to an existing booking within a 72-hour timeframe, during business days. When charging payment cards or bank accounts, it may take up to 5 banking days for the refund to be processed and credited to the account. Please note that this is in accordance with the bank’s regulations and is beyond our influence.

Your Personal Information

We will use the personal information you provide to us in accordance with our privacy policy.

Digital Experiences

These provisions apply to digital experiences, which means experiences that take place online. By purchasing access to such a service, you agree to refrain from recording, storing, distributing, or providing public access to the experience.
